30 Day Immersion - Virtual Format

  • Introductory Zoom Saturday, April 26 @ 10am CST

    This will be a deep dive into the topic of Mindfulness, its history, science and relevance

  • Daily Invitations

    For 30 days, you will receive daily emails with short practices, journal prompts, or integration exercises curated to guide you through the exploration and embodiment of the week’s topic

  • Private Facebook Group

    A place for the group to connect throughout the experience, ask questions and get guidance

  • A mid-way Zoom and a final Zoom

    2 more opportunities to hop on Zoom with Dr. Molly to ask questions, get clarifications and go deeper into topics that come up during the experience. During the final Zoom, guidance will be given for successful integration and continuation.

Dr. Molly Cofman, creator of Inspiration Heals, is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, 500+ hour certified yoga and meditation instructor, essential oil specialist and international retreat leader. Amongst her extensive formal education and work history, her most significant schooling has been life and its many challenges and wonders. Molly blends TCM, yoga, meditation, plant medicine and lifestyle education into experiential courses and sessions to bring deeper levels of healing and empowerment.
